ADKA events is an events company started by Aditi Garg and Kannupriya Garg to bring to the Tricity activities that are truly unique and engaging. They started with a Dussehra workshop for kids - Rama’s Warriors which was a runaway success. There has been no looking back since. Rama’s Warriors was followed by Mehndi Splendour with Harin’s mehndi from Surat; Haat which promoted women entrepreneurs with stalls where they got an excellent response to their wares; the Karwa Klub which was one of a kind Karwa Chauth event and the hugely popular and well received Ghostbusters’ Ball for Halloween.Â
To engage young minds in activities that will go a long way in shaping their lives for the better, they have started A Small Word, a book club just for kids. With regular meetings, interactions, activities, membership inclusive of books and an online resource for both children and parents, it makes the world of children more vibrant with emphasis on the written word.
